Cut Off Machines
Vogel cut off machines use the same two-blade technology as our cut off dies. Our machines eliminate the need to use a punch press, and can be easily relocated as shop configurations and production requirements change. Like Vogel Cut Off Die, Vogel Cut Off Machines feature sharpenable blades and die inserts.
All manual feed machines include a 24" adjustable micro-switch stop assembly which automatically cycles the press. The operator simply pushes material through the machine to quickly and efficiently cut tubing.
On a 12" part, a length accuracy of +/- .005" is possible. Vogel also offers fully automated cut off machines that accept large tube bundles and automatically feed the tubes through the machine to cut the tubes to the finished length. | |
