 This versatile and simple to operate machine is 440V, foot-pedal actuated.
One hydraulic cylinder clamps the tube, while a second horizontally mounted cylinder moves a forming punch over or into tube end, creating various end forms, as illustrated below. Each change of tube size, gauge, or end form requires a separate set of tooling.
The machine can reduce up to 3" of tube end (adjustable when a shorter length of reduction desired).
Machine features 5HP motor, 12 gallon hydraulic reservoir. Cycle time is approx. 3 - 5 seconds.
