New Ownership! - Vogel Tool & Die, LLC is now a division of Manor Tool & Manufacturing Company, a precision tooling and stamping supplier that celebrated its 50th year in business in 2009.

Manor will continue the Vogel product line, including Vogel's well known tube & pipe notching tools, a product class that Vogel invented in 1934.  Vogel's cut off dies, custom tools and replacement parts for existing Vogel tools will continue to be available, as well as sharpening services on existing Vogel tools.
