On this page, you can order parts for your Vogel picket forming tools.

Please note we make the PC75 (sharp point) and PC75R (radius tip) units. You must order parts suitable for your unit. Most Vogel customers have the Radius Tip unit.  We do build custom picket tools for tubes larger than 1″ square and / or for heavier wall.

Radius Point

  • Replace (triangle shaped) upper punch and lower die when worn or to change tube size
  • Replace side cutters (not size specific) when worn
  • Replace radius tip cutter (U-shaped piece not size specific) when worn

Sharp Point

  • Replace (triangle shaped) upper punch and lower die when worn or to change tube size
  • Replace side cutters (not size specific) when worn

Sizing

  • 1″ Punch & Die – Use for 1″ square & 7/8″ square
    3/4″ Punch & Die – Use for 7/8″, 3/4″ & 5/8″
    1/2″ Punch & Die – Use for 5/8″ & 1/2″
