Things to know:

For 627 – 637 – 647 Perf-Arc tools, you can replace punches that are worn, or to change the hole size being pierced, up to the maximum capacity of each tool. You can confirm you tool’s maximum capacity by selecting your tool type and model from our main Perf-Arc page.
All variations of our 627 Perf-Arc tools use the same type punch – specify point diameter when adding to cart.
For 637 & 647 Perf-Arc tools, you will need to specify both the point diameter and select the point length that matches your original punch
For our 629 – 639 – 649 tools, your punch much be the same point diameter. The punch enters the lower tube clamp which acts as a die and has a clearance specific to your hole size and tube wall thickness. If you wish to change the hole size, please contact us to discuss.
