If you own a Vogel #35CHP or #75CHP Channel Piercing Tools, you can replace the punch & die. Changing the punch & die will allow you to use the tool to pierce a different size square hole. If you need to pierce a different size channel with the same size hole, you can simply adjust the tool, up to its maximum capacity. Refer to your instruction manual that shipped with your tool or contact us.
If you own a Vogel THP Tube Piercing Tool, you can
- Change the punch & die to change the hole size being pierced
- Change the spacers to accommodate a different tube size
Note when selecting a punch a die below, the hole size listed represents the size of square picket to be installed into the hole. The punch and die will produce a hole about 0.030″ larger, for easy insertion of the picket. If you want a custom size hole, more clearance, or want to pierce holes rotated 45° to permit the pickets to be ‘corner forward’, please contact us.
