Vogel’s parting shears are used to part solid material, such as round bar, flat stock and angle iron.  We can custom make inserts for parting channel and special shapes like hex bar.

The material is fed through both plates, then your press causes one plate to move. The material is parted with no scrap.  These spring loaded tools require mounting on the base only, and inserts may be swapped when material requirements change.
