Notch pipe and notch tubing with Arc-Fit tools   What you’ll need is a Housing, an Assembly for each pipe or tube to be notched and a Press to provide power.

We offer hand presses for notching pipes and tubes up to 2-3/8″ OD. We offer a 120V power press for notching pipes and tubes up to 3-1/2″ OD.  You can also use your own ironworker, punch press or press brake to provide power.  Watch videos of our notching tools on YouTube.

Do you need to notch schedule 80 pipe?  Schedule 80 pipe is often called extra-heavy or oil-field pipe.  You can do it – we make the tools!  Note that to notch this thicker walled material, you will need to use our hydraulic press, or your own ironworker, punch press or press brake with at least 25 tons of power.

Tools are sharpenable for long life. We frequently hear from customers who had used the same Arc-Fit tool for ten to fifteen years or more!
